I know it sounds strange, but you can have a darts quiz. 
Instead of just taking a turn throwing your darts to get down to zero from either 301 or 501, in my darts quiz you have to answer a question correctly to get your score knocked off your total. Questions are general knowledge, but beware - answer incorrectly and another team can 'steal' your score by answering correctly!
